Despite ranking #3 in awareness and #1 in quality, Dove Chocolate ranks #10 in dollar share within the U.S. We needed to build on the momentum of the new modern chic brand aesthetic to drive relevance with the older Gen Z and Millennial demographics.
Amplified the bean-to-bar story to fans and key media channels through custom activations and content, partnering with Minka Kelly alongside a partnership with CARE, empowering in cocoa farming African communities. This multi-phased approach including media broadcasting, content storytelling and custom activations like the Cocoa Farmer’s Market garnered over 61 million impressions.







Dove Chocolate Lounge
We created an immersive pop-up space in the bustling SoHo neighborhood of New York City, highlighting the new Dove Chocolate tablet bar offering and featuring the new modern chic brand aesthetic. For 2 days, we invited consumers to experience chocolate like never before by creating physical experiences to connect on a human level.
